For more than a decade, Darcy managed some of the most recognized and distinctive luxury brands in the retail industry. In 2007, she was hand-selected by Oprah Winfrey, CEO of Harpo Studios, to develop a new retail concept for the worldwide multi-media company. She directed the company’s build-out, product design and sourcing, merchandising, marketing and promotion of The Oprah Store, a 5,500 square foot space in Chicago’s West Loop. Under Darcy’s leadership, the retail division exploded in popularity with sales exceeding expectations. Darcy spearheaded the eventual roll out of popular pop-up shops at premiere Chicago locations and even brought The Oprah Store to Water Tower Place and O’Hare and Midway Airports.
She spent eight amazing and informative years working with Ralph Lauren, first in London, opening the flagship store on New Bond Street, and then moving to Old Bond Street as General Manager of the world’s first Ralph Lauren’s Children’s Store. After that, Darcy moved to Chicago where she managed the company’s Michigan Avenue store. As General Manager of the brand’s largest flagship location, Darcy’s day-to-day operations included recruiting, training, managing a top-performing team, and creating a luxury retail environment through profit-driven merchandising and cultivation of strong client relationships.
With an exceptional eye for creating stunning visual displays, both in-store and online, Darcy has emerged as a sought after force in the retail industry. She is skilled at customizing strategic plans for growth in the areas of recruiting, product development, inventory control, visual merchandising and display, e-commerce build out and social media engagement, to name a few.
Darcy loves living on the Chicago lakefront where she spends time outdoors boating, walking, and taking in the arts and culture of the city. Her panoramic lake view was inspiration for the company name.

As an LA-based commercial producer, Jennifer has worked directly with clients, advertising agencies and film directors to develop messaging, strategy, and creative direction. Fiscally savvy, she built a reputation for completing projects under budget and on time. Jennifer’s strengths in organization, versatility, problem solving, leadership, communication and creative thinking have helped her to excel in her profession and enabled her to work on a wide variety of projects.
Some people aren’t sure what’s more interesting – Jennifer’s breadth of experience or her supernatural ability to make it snow in LA in August. For the past 19 years, her talent has traveled the world and throughout the United States, with work on high-stakes projects involving top tier celebrities and multi-million dollar budgets. Ask her what she’s most proud of and she’ll say it’s her chameleon-like ability to adapt to and guide the ever-changing world of production. But we’ll tell you it’s her godlike calmness and preternatural patience that pervades every project she manages, a quality that comes in handy when you’re filming race car drivers, A-list celebrities or shooting from the roof-top of high rise buildings.
Throughout her career Jennifer managed film projects and content development for a variety of brands including McDonald’s, Honda, Holland Cruise Lines, Radio Shack, Nestle and Maxwell House Coffee. She also had the opportunity to work closely with a number of Hollywood’s talented including Meg Ryan, Leonardo DiCaprio, Shaquille O’Neil, Terry Hatcher, Harrison Ford and Sharon Stone.
When not in the office, Jennifer can be found nurturing the 92 year-old lemon tree in the yard of her Los Angeles home or perfecting her love and fascination with wine and vineyards. In 2012, Jennifer co-led the Face2Face team, with its healthcare technology plan, to win first place in the Vator Business Plan Competition at Paul Merage School of Business, University California-Irvine.
Fitzy claims to have come to us from England by way of a dirt hole in a medical industrial park. She is a constant reminder around the office that communication is a key value to every businesses success. And although she is a self-appointed Director of Communications, her attitude, peculiar personality, and ultra-soft coat has endured the hearts of many a client.
Most afternoons, you can catch her taking a meeting in the warmth of the sun, or strategizing while batting her toy mouse into her water bowl as if it were a cliff diver. She’s a foodie, and enjoys discovering current trends in global cuisine.
